The MET Parachute MCR MIPS redefines versatility in mountain biking with its revolutionary convertible helmet concept. Designed for enduro, trail, all-mountain, and E-MTB, it instantly transforms from a full-face to an open-face helmet thanks to the exclusive Magnetic Chinbar Release (MCR) system developed in partnership with Fidlock®. This provides maximum protection on technical descents and optimal ventilation during climbs.

Protection
The Parachute MCR is equipped with the MIPS® C2 system, designed to help reduce rotational forces during certain impacts. Its removable chin bar is certified ASTM F1952 and ASTM F2032, a rarity in the convertible helmet category. This certification confirms its level of protection for the most demanding enduro and downhill riding.
Fit / Integration
The BOA® FS1 retention system offers precise 360° adjustment with vertical tuning for exceptional hold. The FIDLOCK® magnetic buckle makes opening and closing easy even with gloves on. The helmet is also compatible with glasses, goggles, and neck braces.
Ventilation
With its 21 ventilation openings and optimized internal channels, the Parachute MCR ensures remarkable airflow, whether the chin bar is installed or not. Its design promotes cooling during long rides and demanding climbs.
