We accept returns within 45 days of purchase for all new items in their original packaging and in the same condition as bought. Transportation fees are non-refundable. Bikes and bike frames are not refundable but can be returned for store credit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For orders under $100 (before taxes), shipping within Canada is $15. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Oversized items have a shipping fee of $40.
Bikes and bike frames have a shipping fee of $150.
Avoid shipping fees by picking up items at the store!
