Construction
The Ferox 2 Carbon uses a PU laminated mesh upper combining lightness, ventilation, and abrasion resistance. Its internal perforated Airprene bootie wraps the foot to eliminate pressure points while improving comfort during long rides and competitions. The water-repellent construction also limits water and mud absorption.
Performance
The new X1 Carbon sole has a stiffness index of 10, the highest at Fizik. Its wider and lower profile improves foot stability and maximizes power transfer to the pedals. Developed for speed and performance, it excels in both XC and gravel racing.
Adjustment
The hybrid closure system combines a BOA® Li2 with a redesigned Powerstrap. This combination allows for precise forefoot adjustment while ensuring excellent midfoot support during intense efforts. The new anatomical shape also offers increased space at the front of the foot to improve comfort without compromising performance.
