Dakine Excursion GORE-TEX Mittens

The Dakine Excursion GORE-TEX mitts combine waterproof, breathable protection, PrimaLoft® Gold insulation, and a wool-rich lining. Their four-way stretch construction moves with you, while the reinforced goatskin palm provides a durable surface for gripping poles or handling equipment.

Protection and warmth

• GORE-TEX® ePE insert with Gore active technology: waterproof, breathable protection, with 100% recycled polyamide and a PFC-free DWR water-repellent treatment.
• PrimaLoft® Gold insulation: 100% recycled polyester, with a 60/230 g distribution specific to the mitts model.
• 360 g wool-blend lining: 64% wool, 20% polyester, and 16% nylon.
• Dakine warmth rating: 4.

Materials and fit

• Outer: four-way stretch softshell fabric made of 94% nylon and 6% elastane, and goatskin, with a PFC-free DWR treatment.
• Palm: 100% goatskin, reinforcement panel, and PFC-free DWR treatment.
• Long cuff: one-handed adjustable closure.
• Wrist strap: elastic and removable.

For days on the snow, the cuff cinches easily and the straps allow you to remove the mitts while keeping them close at hand.
